Hello..

This morning my mom made this for out breakfirst.. She baked pandan chiffon cake.. Very nice.. not so sweet but the structure is so nice as well goes to the taste; sedaap! =)

But then.. after we had our slices in the morning.. She kept it in the oven to prevent from any harm, ants or flys or whatever..

Soon, after I took my lunch.. I went to the kitchen and hope to grab more slices of that delicious sponge cake, guess.. what happen next???

Anyone??? Can you spot any weird stuffs around or at the cake? So pity.. can u see it? Yuppp!!!! The small tiny winy creatures were all over the cake! Dammit! **sabar jelah**

Well, I guess it's proven that the cake is delicious!!! See the ants agreed! ;)

Simple Appertizer~

Hi all..

Today, I'd lunch at home.. That's common to me.. every time, it's lunch hour.. sure I'll be eating at home.. Yeah.. juz stay near the office. That how I manage to skip and eat at home! :D


And today I had this simple stuff.. juz an appetizer before makan nasik.. Here it it!!! Taa daa!!!

Slice of bread wit milo + condensed milk! :p~

Yesss!!! It's juz simple as 1,2,3 and you should try it! Items / ingredients are:

• Slices of bread (the numbers depend on you)
• Condensed milk
• Instant cocoa powder (Milo, Vico, Ovaltine)

All you need..

Sprinkle (should I use this word?!!) the milk on the bread.. Then, sprinkle (this time is appropriate) the Milo on it.. And fold it and ready to eat!!! =D

Weekend Project: Spagetthi

Hi all..

Errm.. past few weeks I saw it at Nano's blog.. the spagetthi!!! Alahai teringin nya nk masak & makan spagetthi time tu.. Mlm tu jugak keluar beli barang2 nk buat spagetthi.. kenunnya teruja & excited nk mkan spagetthi yumm.. yumm..

Pastu, projek pending smpai lebih seminggu!!!! Sibbaik lah suma barang tu boleh simpan!!! Peram lelama pun x kesah :) So, previous weekend.. masak + makan spagetthi sepuas hati!!! :P~

Don't expect mine taste like pizzahut or what-so-ever okey.. this is homemade.. air tangan tu penting!!! Nak2 pula.. orang yg mlas ke dapur nk tunjuk skill!! :P

Simple ways of making my homemade spaghetti.. I bet ramai yg reti buat.. sumanya instant! =)

Ingredients:

• Spaghetti (take only half or less; serve 4-6pax)
  
• 1 pack of Maggi's bolognese spaghetti sause
• chopped garlic (tumis + extra aroma)
• chicken/meat sliced/chopped
  
• button mushroom, sliced
• 2 tblsp of chili sause, for extra hot (and local taste, nk pedas)
• 2 1/2 cups of water or more
• some oil (utk tumis bwg putih)
• Oregano (juz for extra aroma)
  
• salt (accordingly)

Steps for the sause:

• Pre-heat pan and oil, throw in the garlic. Then the chicken/meat and also sliced mushroom. Wait until all half-cooked.
• Then, put in the Maggi's and cups of water, chili sause, oregano and salt accordingly. Cook it for a while. Then stir-well.
• If everything is taste accordingly, turn off the fire and the sause is ready =)

Steps for preparing the spagetthi:

• Boil water in a pot and add few drop of cooking oil or magerin.
  
• And if it's bolling hot, add the spagetthi in.
• Cook, stir and wait untill it's smooth and look like spagetthi not stick!
• Then, toss it and wait for cooling session, ready for decoration and to be eaten :P~
• Serve in a plate and ready to slurrp~~~

So.. let's try it again on this weekend :D

Pai Tee

Hi all..

Semalam mak sibuk menerai (trying) buat pai tee.. Amik resepi dr internet.. mak IT!! hahaha.. tp baru buat kelopaknya aja.. inti / isik nya.. ntah lah.. I pun x penah makan pai tee pun sebelum ni.. sesapa penah + suka? Cmna rsnya?

Dh lewat malam baru nk try.. pastu, mengantuk lah.. xpat nk mkn pai tee yang siap.. boleh makan kelopak tu je.. haaii.. x sabarnya.. tunggu jelah..

Ice Cube Mould..

Manyakalah aku punya laa.. laa.. laa.. hikhikik.. kebebasan yeaayy!!! =) Spjg minggu ni.. Yeaaayy.. tp sok dh masuk Jumaat.. hmmphh!!!

Ni suka2 je aku tepet pix.. bekas untuk buat ice cube yang mak baru beli, ujung bulan lepas; Mei 08 :) Saja je nk publish kat sini jugak =)

Ice cube ni.. unique.. nanti ketul2 ais tu, jd separuh bulat :) *pelik sgtke?* pastu ade method nk kuarkan ice cube drp mould tu.. kena tekan kt sebelah tepi atas ais tu.. pastu, ice tu pun "tergelicir" pastu br boleh amik.. coz aku dh try terbalikkan mende tu.. tp x mo kuar jugak..

Semalam dan Harini

Hi all...

Berkesempatan ni, mau aje update blog ni bebanyak sket =) Banyak ke huh?!

Ni haa.. aktiviti d dapurku untuk 2 harini :) Tetiba plak kan.. apa2 jelah.. Actually, semalam aku x pegi keja, MC [yeaay!!!] coz terkena CB [ciritbirit] :( X syiok aarrghh!!! Memulas gila babas, like hell mula dr kol 3.00am!!!! *sob*

Punca?! Rasanya aku termakan bengkang [bingka] yg di jamu* [hidang] oleh mak sedaraku itu :( Ntah2 bengkang minggu lepas, simpan dlm peti sejuk..pastu jamu kt org!!!! Sh*t!!!

STOP!!!!

Okey, okey.. Aktiviti semasa aku cuti? Ke dapur.. hehehe.. cm x caya kan? Tp simple2 saja.. Taa daa...

Garlic bread, buat sendiri.. Tp klo ada garlic cream, lagi senang.. Juzt spread je.. xdelah nk kena potong kecek2 garlic tu.. Makan, cecah soup pun sedaap!! Yumm.. Yummy :P Harini pula? Aku buat ni..

Ha'ah itulah projek di dapur untuk 2 harini =) Pepagi td, break1st mkn pizza yeaaay.. alaa tp x dak cheeze melekat pun.. Letak mayo je, ala2 bakery punya je.. Tp x pe.. asalkan bahagia :)


pss!!:: Jamu* tu, kesnya gini.. aku sent msg ngn bf, dia, boleh pulak igt aku makan jamu!!! Dammit.. kelakar pun ada.. ishhkk!!! KL..KL..
